The R. James Kelly LEAD program is a required professional development initiative designed to prepare students for career readiness and long-term professional success.
The program regularly welcomes alumni to share professional experiences, serve as guest speakers, participate in classroom discussions, and provide one-on-one student coaching.
The Culverhouse Executives Society (CES) serves as the official alumni organization of the college and is often considered the front door to alumni engagement.
CES provides opportunities to network with fellow alumni, attend special events and college programs, hear from faculty and business leaders, and stay connected through gatherings held in major cities throughout the year. In addition to fostering alumni connections, CES supports student programs, experiential learning opportunities, and other strategic priorities across the college.
